Yoga For Lower Back Pain

For the past couple of Months my lower back has been in pain.
Yoga has definitely brings some relief.

Back pain comes from a variety of reasons everything from Injuries to Bad Posture.

(Obviously, you should consult a Doctor before beginning any type of exercise.  Consult a Doctor for diagnosis and treatment of pain and injuries.)

    Thanks for Sharing this very useful and advance treatment. I am suffering from lower back pain because of inequality in legs so I am using The Back Leveler Kit. Even it is very useful and a new advance technique to remove the pain and adjust level of legs. Keep it up the nice work.
